International Journal of Medical Science And Applied Research (IJMSAR) given the facility for withdrawal Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report. To withdraw Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report, a formal request has to be made by Corresponding Author or Main Author through by email. Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report which have not been published yet but represent early versions of articles, are discovered to be accidental duplicates of other published Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report, or are determined to violate our IJMSAR Journal publishing ethics guidelines in the view of the editors may be “Withdrawn” from our IJMSAR Journal. On Research Article/Research Paper/Case Report is withdrawal from IJMSAR Journal, a penalty will be imposed.
An article may be withdrawn from consideration at any time prior to its acceptance or publication, The reasons for withdrawal may include:
1. Author have find errors or mistake in the article and case report that require for revision.
2. Author have submitted the article and case report to another Journal for publication.
3. Author have decided to withdraw the article and case report for personal cause.
4. Author is under review process but has not been accepted for publication.
Author instructions for article withdrawal
Authors who wish to withdraw their article from consideration must provide written notification to the Chief Editor via email. The notification should include the following information:
1. An article title or Manuscript number
2. Names of all authors with corresponding author
3. Reason for article withdrawal
4. Date of article submission
If the withdrawal is within the 10 days of submission, the author is allowed to withdraw the manuscript without paying any withdrawal fee, however, if authors withdraw manuscripts any time after review and acceptance, a withdrawal fee will have to be paid.
Article Retraction
Retraction is a serious action that is only taken when the integrity of the published work is severely compromised. Reasons for retraction may include:
1. Falsification or fabrication of data.
2. Plagiarism or copyright infringement.
3. Serious methodological flaws that invalidate the conclusions.
4. Ethical misconduct during research.

Procedure for Retraction
1. Retraction can be initiated by the journal editors, authors, or a third party bringing forward evidence of misconduct.
2. The Editor-in-Chief will investigate the allegations and consult with the editorial board.
3. If retraction is deemed necessary, a retraction notice will be published online with a clear link to the original article. The notice will explain the reason for retraction and may include a statement from the authors.
4. The original article will remain accessible online but will be clearly marked as retracted.
5. Authors will be informed of the retraction decision and given the opportunity to respond.
